GUARANTEE INFORMATION

LumiLor® electroluminescent paint is patented and manufactured by Darkside Scientific, Inc.

Paint With Light Solutions, LLC (PWLS) is an Authorized Dealer for the sale of LumiLor paint.

Paint With Light Solutions, LLC (PWLS) sells LumiLor paint products and non-LumiLor paint products via the website LumiLorPaint.com.

Purchasing LumiLor paint products and non-Lumilor products from LumiLorPaint.com gives customers the added assurance of the knowledge, experience and support of PWLS (read more).

LumiLor Paint Products: LumiLor Paint will follow guarantee guidelines as provided by manufacturer of LumiLor paint. LumiLorPaint.com will replace any defective paint within thirty (30) days of customer acceptance of paint delivery. LumiLorPaint.com will not replace LumiLor paint which has not being applied as per usage instructions and/or paint damaged due to usage of electrical components that do not conform to recommended requirements. LumiLorPaint.com reserves the right to request information to evaluate the failure of LumiLor paint. LumiLorPaint.com will only replace defective LumiLor paint products. Refunds are not available. Shipping costs for defective paint shall be the responsibility of LumiLorPaint.com. For replacement of defective paint and/or products, send an email to contact@lumilorpaint.com

Non-Paint Products: PWLS inspects and test all electronic components for defects prior to shipping to customers. Electronic components are not guaranteed. Refunds are not available.

It is recommended for larger projects to use experienced professionals in the application of LumiLor paint. Paint With Light Solutions can evaluate the project to maximize the usage of elctroluminescent paint and minimize costs.(read more)
